Reading the heading everyone would have thought of that I would be discussing about some of my moms special recipe. It’s not only about my mom. Actually this thought came to my mind by one of my friend. While discussing with him about some delicious food suddenly he asked me which food I like the most and without ny doubt my answer was the one prepared by my mom and same was his. So I gave a thought on this why everyone prefer moms recipe better than anyone in this world.
There are lots of cook with lot of experience and talent. They spent a lot of years and money to get the mastery upon some recipes to satisfy their customers. But they could only satisfy them. Their high cost items would be always rated before the plain and simple homemade recipes. Everyday they feed many people. They have much more experience. With so much experience could not they find a way to top over simple homemade recipes have thought of a reason for that.
A cook had to please a lot of customer and make their dish keeping everyone’s demand in mind. He doesn’t know our likes and dislikes. But mom knows. We have been eating an item made by our mom for most years of our lives. We know the taste of the food from our mom. So who else makes it tastes different. Moreover moms love adds extra spice to the food. As we Indians have a bend towards spicy food we love our mom’s recipe.
Lastly I just wanna say I love and miss my mom made items here in the hostel. I love you mom…………
